1. 一定要吃早餐
2. 多喝水 (一天要8杯,带水罐上课 ^^ )
3. 多吃菜和水果 (尽量多吃,好大便)
4. 吃东西要慢慢咬 (慢慢享受,至少20分钟以上)
5. 不可以吃宵夜 (这条最重要, cannot ,不可以, tak boleh )
6. 早睡早起 (像我这样,1030去睡)
7. 不可以不吃东西 (不吃东西减肥是无效的)
8. 少吃煎炸的食物 (少吃,因为我知道你不可能不吃)
9. 多做运动 (我要6块腹肌,我不要“联合国”)
10.少吃快餐 (MCD , PIZZA , KFC .... )
要遵守啊!
